All parties include a Bingo Schmingo CD to the birthday boy or girl.  Special pricing with  a CD for each child at the party.  Much better than having to shop for all those breakables.

Senior Schmingo

Kathleen has developed a program for seniors, bringing the oldies and goodies to their lives. Many of the songs are interactive, bringing memories and sharing about the songs from the seniors.

Schools | Assembly & Classroom Music for Kids

BINGO SCHMINGO MUSIC is appropriate for Preschool through Elementary (K-3) and is presented in a 45-60 minute assembly. 60 (OR 75 if classes are 25) children are appropriate for activities and dancing presented. Kathleen is also available to come to your school for a full day presentation, accessible to individual classrooms or grade level presentations for a more interactive experience.

Libraries & Special Events

BINGO SCHMINGO MUSIC is a lively presentation, full of interactive songs and stories and dances, suitable for the entire family. Back to back performances at one site offer a discount. Price consideration is also given for multiple libraries within a county.

Kid's Party Entertainment

I do birthday parties! After learning my neighbor paid Cinderella $250 to come and prance around in her princess dress, I decided to get into this business by undercutting Cinderella (who is not real by the way!)  I’m fun, real, live music and I put up with 5 year old boys and have a great time with the kids!

Senior Schmingo

The Children's Music Network

Bingo Schmingo music has branched out into new territory to bring the joy of music to the Senior crowd!  Mitzi Smith, of Quail Gardens in Livermore, hosted Bingo Schmingo music several times last year and a grand time was had by all.  Kathleen has now developed a program for seniors, bringing the oldies and goodies to their lives.  Many of the songs are interactive, bringing memories and sharing about the songs from the seniors.

She gets the seniors involved with the same drums, whistles, bells, and horns she delights the families with in her Bingo Schmingo for kids.

Here are some songs she includes in her time with the seniors:

Take Me Out To The Ballgame, This Land is Your Land, Down in the Valley, Home on the Range (with real cattle calls!) , When Irish Eyes are Smiling, Red River Valley, Amazing Grace, Goodnight Irene, O Susannah (and some lucky senior gets to play the banjo!) Large print songbooks are available for the seniors to sing along.  A wonderful time is had by all.

Kathleen Rushing has taken her Bingo Schmingo to a new and exciting level.  Having hosted Senior Schmingo as we like to call it, on several occasions, it is with great pleasure that I write about the huge success and fabulous time we had at Quail Garden.

Music is a path to the soul and so often as we find with seniors, the ability to get out to musical performances is often very limited.  Hooray! for Kathleen.  With many opportunities for resident participation, not only did the place hop with feet taping to songs that many residents recognized, they were clapping and singing along as well.

In some cases where dementia is present, we have been able to see and undeniable recognition to songs forms there era and past.  We laughed, we cried, and we created a new memory that certainly did not fade for weeks to come.

We enthusiastically recommend Bingo Schmingo Music! " this is truly one of the most rewarding and looked forward to programs that Quail Garden hosts all year.”
